Apply Pigtails

Pigtails come in a set and are 7 inches long fully opened. They attach with a net drawstring.

Put girl's hair in two buns on even sides of her head.
Put flexible comb on piece between scalp and ponytail holder, and press down.
Pull net with hair attached over bun and pull on draw string and tie, then tie the ribbon. It's easy!
